This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are affordable and the attention to detail is impressive. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and offer a direct view of the Arenal volcano. Additionally, the hotel is close to nature, with shops and restaurants nearby. The staff provide excellent service, and the breakfast included is a wonderful bonus.
All was well, no improvements needed.

Being in Arenal for Christmas was truly memorable. The birds around the pool were breathtaking and the staff service was great. They had a shuttle bus service that was convenient for exploring the area. The hotel also offered a tour guide who was very helpful and informative.
The rooms were old and outdated, with noisy air conditioning. , the breakfast was subpar and the location was quite a distance from the town, making it inconvenient for those without a car.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, being close to the Arenal Volcano and the La Fortuna waterfalls. It's also conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and a supermarket. The staff members are friendly and the basic amenities such as air conditioning and breakfast are provided. Additionally, the hotel offers a direct view of the Arenal Volcano.
All was satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

Situated amidst nature, visitors can easily reach the most popular tourist destinations and enjoy nearby restaurants or souvenir shops. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing assistance with tour bookings and pick-ups. Rooms are clean and comfy with air conditioning, fridges, hot showers, and WiFi.
The hotel may lack breakfast options, as described in one review, and some rooms might not have hot water in the bathroom.

We had a wonderful time in this city. The hotel's location was very convenient. It's close to the Arenal volcano, the Fortuna waterfall, and hot springs. We also appreciated that a supermarket was nearby. The hotel staff was very helpful and booked two tours for us. We also enjoyed the multiple local cuisine restaurants around the hotel. In addition, having the option for inclusive breakfast at a restaurant across the street was highly recommended. The price and food were great.

Great location near popular restaurants and stores and not far from tourist destinations. the hotel offered an affordable price and a nice swimming pool.
The hotel had no isolation, and I could hardly sleep at night because I heard everything from outside, and when it started raining the noise became unbearable. the room was not very comfortable, old, and dirty.
